The property at Norsota Way located right over the bridge to Siesta Key was not selling. Marketing attempts with traditional video were not representing the home as a high-value luxury home. It’s a luxury home and needed to be presented as such. The owner wanted the home to be presented with a “Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous” feel.

This Sarasota waterfront property is another example of high-end real estate needing the extra “Luxury Lifestyle” touch in its sales video. By adding a walk-through and a personal tour through the home, the house was able to be sold more quickly.

This Real Estate video allowed the Realtor to introduce himself and sell the property with a narrated walk through. This home sold within 4 days of the video being introduced, sight unseen to a buyer in another country. Powerful sales video.

Myakka Shores was property waiting to be developed. Without any sellable structures, the property had to be spotlighted using drone footage.

Steve Ivan of Exit Realty needed a sales video for himself as a Realtor. This video introduces you to Steve and lets the prospective buyer “get to know” Steve. This builds confidence in the buyer and allows the buyer to know their Realtor before actually meeting them in person. This was an excellent addition to his website, Social Media platforms as well as a great link on introduction emails.

An unstaged home needs to be shown in the most impressive of manners. The house was shown and shot at its best angles to compensate for its not being staged. Text on the video pointed out the sales features and the video was a perfect addition to the MLS Listing and the Realtors social media and website.
